Found these at one of the local places I go to. This isn't the "big stereo place" i mentioned in another post, but this guy has a bunch. Figured I'd post to see if any were of any value. I would assume the Yamaha and Harmon Kardon may be. I think there is an older Pioneer and JVC pictured as well as an older Fisher

I bought the cassettes for $1.00 though.

That Akai dual cassette deck looked pretty darn good to me. Also that JVC and Yamaha receivers,fairly nice selection. I bet you had some fun checking out all that kit! Nice score on the tapes,really like that Realistic tape. Gotta get me some of those. They are very rare around. Especially the type II's.

The Akai got my attention too. They made some fantastic machines back then.

This weekend's cheap find. Volume, balance and tuner scratchy but talked down from $5 to $3!

Well, just cleaned the pots and all scratchiness is gone! Tape "B" is fully functional, tape "A" plays without cassette, but with a cassette, the reel isn't winding up the already played tape. FF and RWD works properly. Have to dig into that. Not real experienced on boombox repair. Belt maybe? Battery compartment a little rusty. Needs a good cleaning. All in all not bad for $3! I only talk down flea market people. When I find stuff at church bazaars, I never talk down.

I have the Realistic and Sears aka versions of this box. For some reason the Realistic has more bass!😮😎

Looks like you have quite a lot to choose from over there, nice deal with the Sanyo, that´s just steal and even a bigger steal when you dare to talk down such a great price
