You are misunderstanding how it works. :-D

You need to have somewhere between 1 and 100 posts, that number is a random number.

It's to stop people doing a "hit and run". Keep posting, and you will see the For Sale section soon enough, how about you put up a few pictures of your boxes?

I don't have any boxes yet. Thats why I want to access the for sale section, so I can find my first one. I used to walk around my neighborhood as a kid with a boombox bumpin. Would love to have one again.

well the best way is to see the collection tread and see some pics of diffrent boxes then go on the bay and see what might be there ,,,btw i saw some pannys 5100 and 5050 which are a great starter box especially the 5050 :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: :-)

Ive got my heart set on a Lasonic TRC 931 or a 975. I think I just found a 975 brand new in the box from 86. I'm going to drive six hours each way to get it... Lol

Well worth the trip :thumbsup: but the 975 is from around early 90's :-D good luck :cool:

I love boomboxes as much as the next guy, but im sorry to say
I would never do it.
