I think that was a legit auction MB...all these other ones recently are a DEAD giveaway as being fraudulent

It does appear legit, it's a new account but the feedback history is full of recent and normal transactions not a bunch of $1 auctions.

These recent "SCAM THREADS" have been very educational. As long as people have money, someone will try to steal it, but the more we have our eye's open, the less chance we will get ripped off.

Just for info, I ran into similar issues buying radios in Japan. I had 2 radio's not show up. Thankfully the auction center I was dealing with handled it and I got a full refund!

Stealing descriptions is not illegal. Nor is having zero feedback.

If I was ebay/paypal, I would ignore your complaints unless you had something more concrete. No offense. The seller in those auctions is brand new, so you cannot prove he is going to be a thief.

Just playing devils advocate here.

CHECK IT OUT GUYS, I THINK HE IS AT IT AGAIN! This time he is using "ziggysattic92" same pic as the last auction...Reli, maybe he is legit, but why steal pics, then close the auction to only come back with a different name? Just seems shady and if you were to get took by this dude, the signs would resonate even louder. I don't think we should go as far as to complain to ebay/pay pal but definitely ignore it and get the word out in our community...we brothers and sisters need to stick together!
