Totally agree with you OSS it seems some of them don't have a notion what was it like to own a boombox then and now.

One guy even called boomboxes are junk! :annoyed:

Yeh, what makes it funny to me is that
I didn't think there was any area of the world this year where you could not see a hint that Boomboxes were once again in the consciousness of people.
Aparently I've just been veiwing so many Boombox pictures that I thought this. ;-)

Some of those audioKarma guys are building 10,000$ audio systems, so if they didnt grow up in the 80s, I can understand why they just 'dont get it' when it comes to boomboxes.

All the better. Some of them have a lot of $, so I'd prefer they remain in the dark. :lol:

no oss it came from some folks with there heads so far shoved up there butts they were unable to conceive of anything fun about boomboxes.
jeeez i am sure their wives go through a ton of d cells on their own accord.
i mean i guess that is kind of mean. i am sure there is some ok dudes over there,but to be honest i am sure most of those dudes there dont have to worry about purchasing birth control devices.
their personalities do just fine :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

I reasd the whole thing, it wasn't that bad, they just aren't very up to date on the boombox culture. But they did show interest!

I will say that I think the guy who wrote the longer post, S2G member RPM1200, did a pretty good write up.
