The Sony CFD-S-39!

Hi everyone-Here is a Sony CFD-S-39 that I bought back a few years ago on E-Bay.
It has all the paperwork & original box to.
It was cheap,around 40-50.00.
It's like new.
I had one that I bought new in 1999' but is was stolen around 2001 or 2002 out of my car.
Still have the original box and cord & remote for that one.
They sound decent with a cool CD player.
Have a great one-GB.

Hmm. I have one that looks similar, if not identical -- CFD-S33 but it's all black. Also with remote. Picked it up about 3 weeks ago for $5 off craigslist. Looks brand new and yes, it sounds pretty good, especially given the price I paid.

Hi Guys, its Uncle Hyjack......

Your pics Jeff, reminded me of the sad news that Sony is soon to introduce its very LAST production cassette playing boombox.

I think I would like it for its Looks and historical value. One day it will be selling on eBay with a box for $2500.00.
