the heavy boxes are the best boxes

agree or disagree.
do heavier boomboxes always lead to bigger and better sound.
what are the exceptions to this
what boxes that are not so heavy that sound great.

for me heavy is good. i mean if i feel like i am going pass out lugging it up dawes hill road here then i know its going to be worth it when i get to the top of the hill.

:agree: but the exceptions do exist such as the Panasonic RX-5050, or many of the Sanyo models like the M-9930. Both of these boxes are fairly light and small-medium to medium size but produce very nice sound.

you know i have a m9930 and you are right it does sound really good.
