Hi,I was traveling through Wisconsin yesterday and when I got close to the Wisconsin Dells there was a terrible storm I hit,must have been 60-70mph winds and rained so hard I had to slow down to 25 for a while,half the people were stopped on the right side it was so bad!
Then another bad storm near Baraboo area,rained super hard again.
I looked all around me and there were super cells forming up to the north to! Then to top it off I get to south of Madison and they said on theradio that there was a major back up at a certain mile marker,near Edgerton exit so after seeing some guys pick up and boat & trailer embedded and mangled in guard rails in the middle meridian,I saw the terrible back up but only had to stay in it 3 minutes as I planned my escape route!!
only 3 miles away was old 51 S so it tool that through Janesvile and Beloit and I only added 5-6 miles as this went along right next to the freeway.
So Wisconsin was nice but bad to!! Man what crazy storms everywhere!!
Look out for those 1 lane reductions they suck!!94 & 90!! I made it good yesterday!
