techsonic broken am/fm part?

Ok Got this once dirty Rocker by fed ex... Looked like ratnest heaven.after I dolled it up out side...Seller said broken handle. Yes it pushed this little core part? clean off. So no AM/FM signal. See solder joints but where this goes??? WOW i have blk wire,green.and 2 tan threaded. so ideas??? 2nd de-oxit Vol POT still does not help barely touch and woofer pop really bad! you brothers think bad connector pin too? it hums to touch also. thanks.paid 122.00+ sh

It looks like the ferrite rod is broken around the middle and the wires are all pulled out.

I believe there must be two coils on that paper core that slides on the ferrite antenna.

Our members here might have parts or schematics to show the connections.

Without the ferrite antenna FM should work well with the telescoping antenna.

I would wait for a member to chime in and help here.

tHE CORE was tucked under the woofer. the plastic bracket/was in place+ screw. Yes I need too see and wait for more responses.It will grab one latino station loud. but in cassette low.... and vol bad. thank you BBL48.
