That's a really good price. On the rare occasion I've found them at the Thrift stores they've cost $1 each.

Dammit!! :annoyed: Somebody bought all the remaining sets before I had a chance to work an offer with the seller. Oh, well. The SA-90s from 1984 are my faves anyway.

Buyer was Dr.Bo, eBay's largest reseller of individual tapes.

Caused a pretty big stink on the tapeheads.com website. Quite a few people there missed out on it too.

He's like the pac-man of sealed vintage tapes. Better yet, he's more like the DM4U of the tape collector world, but he re-sells.

So, if you see a good deal like that, you really gotta react quiclkly. And on a solid deal like that, why haggle for a few bucks off? Shoulda just hit the BIN. I snoozed and losed, too! But, I have plenty, so that would have been hoarding at this point..
