tape motor

how do I oil my tape motor for my m90? do I have to take the deck a part and what type of lube do I use also is it important to do this ? thanks

Why do you want to put oil in it? If it has issues like speed control then it's the variable resistor and/or small board. If motor completely not working then it could be number of issues.
