I've got the PC-55 and passed up a GE like the one in your pics at a thrifty.

i got one of those pcv55s.
i must confess it sounds pretty good for what it is.
it wont blow you away but.
it does sound a lot better than a lot of boomboxes of bigger size and woofers.

OSS...I have a similar Sharp Twin-Cam and they are pretty cool. And dude, you should've grabbed that Panasonic mini. It looks like it was loaded with EQ, etc.

And I surely would no have passed up that Audiologic deck. A unique design you won't find everywhere!
