Hi everyone,I've been kind of MIA lately,I was up in Mn. for half of Dec. for Christmas and to work some to.

I haven't really been myself as this was the first Christmas and moms b'day (12-23) that she hasn't been here!:(

It has been super hard as she was always there for Christmas.Dad is recovering in a nursing home to so it's been especially hard.
I'm slowly getting stronger but wasn't prepared for this loss around usually happy holiday times.

At least I had 2 boomboxes with me and was able to see the rest of my family.
Hope everyone had a great holiday!!:)
Things will be a little easier next holiday season.

Welcome Back Jeff, sorry you had a rough patch through the holidays and your mom's birthday. Always remember, this is the place to escape it, even for a little while :-/

BTW, what radio's did you take with you....

It's the proverbial "If you could only take 2 with you" question! :-)

Hang in there Jeff. We will cotinue to pray for you and your family and for strength through this time. By all accounts it appears your parents had the opportunity to live a great life and celebrate great moments with you. Focus on those memories my friend. From what you have noted, there are many and make sure that you constantly let them know that you know. Life isn't about time and the inevitable...it's about what we do despite the inevitable. And by my measure from the little I know...Your family is a wonderful group of stars who celebrated with each other and are to to be celebrated. :-)

Hi Chris,I brought the Sharp GF-8989II for outdoor excursions
and the Sharp GF-800Z for indoor
and back seat booming as the Lincoln's tape deck isn't working.
