Sony Xplod Box - any good?

Hello - I've got a chance to buy a Sony Xplod box from a guy cheap. Just wondering if anyone had experience with one of these and what they sound like...

This particular model has a subwoofer (I believe) in the middle of the box - am/fm, tape, cd, aux in, etc...

i have seen a few of these on my work sites they are ok for $20
but are good foe a quite work area
modern day crap really but if its cheap give you some thing to play with for a week

It really depends on the model #...if it is the 505 they sound very good with nice, deep bass. The looks are a turn-off for me but the sound of the 505 is impressive.
