My latest acquisition has a dead tape motor - she won't spin fast enough

And because of the spec of this OLD model is 1800rpm - any newer motor which runs at 2400 is too fast.

Does anyone know or have a motor for my DEAD grail

u can still use the 2400 rpm motor as long as it has a working speed adjustment ,which u can slow her down to whatever speed u want ,, the hard ones are the ccw as these are used the most ,,most of the older motors that have adjustment i was able to switch the board around to have it spin cw , the newer ones not sure i have to try out to see.. but yes u can install a 2400 if it ( Fits) correctly and has the correct voltage :-)

Could you tell us how many volts does the motor need to be?
And does it need to be CCW or CW motor.
Thanks!
