It plays (when I rotate record with my hand) because the belts are melted. Other than than everything including the original needle is functional as well as lift mechanism.
I'd appriciate any hint about these belts, since they are completely melted, so I can't even tell their cross section.

EDIT: Found dimensions, but big one 10.3 inch seams to be uncommon. No such big belts among belt catalogs I've checked.
