Sony, not quite a boombox...

...but a clock radio! Its a Sony TFM-C690W Digital Clock Radio. :D Dunno what part is digital with this though. Got this from flea for few euros. I think it cost 7 euros.

The clock is not working, but the radio plays fine. :) It stands next to our bed.

That's fantastic! I love those flat clock radios. My mum has a really nice one, it's a silver Panasonic that she bought new in about 1984, still new condition.

Yeah, I love the wooden case. :D It would be really nice to get that flip clock working again but I really don't know what's wrong with it.

I think 'digital' just means it has 'digits' instead of hands :-P

I had a similar thing years ago that I was given by someone, except it had rolling numbers instead of flip downs.

Never could get it to keep time though, so chucked it in the bin!

Cool! Congrats! Good luck getting it running again. Those really are vintage!

I recently got a $2 thrift store special.... A Sony Dream Machine that plays tapes. It works perfectly... I totally lucked out!
