最近入手可能なアンティークラジカセの殆どは、駆動ベルト交換や接点復活剤を使用して簡単にメンテナンス致しましても、正常に動作してくれるものは殆どありません。　一時的に復活してもすぐに不具合を起こしてしまいます。　スイッチ類のリペアーや劣化電子部品の交換は必要だと思います。　また、オークション等で入手され現状動作品をそのままご使用になるのは非常に危険です。中には、火災の危険性のあるものもございます。　せっかく入手されたラジカセです。　きちんとメンテナンスを行い、いつまでも大切にして頂きたいと思います。

Next time someone complains about the asking price of a nice or overhauled unit -- send them that link so they can see how a refurbished vs. need-refurbishing boombox compares out-of-pocket wise.

There is no doubt, over hauling/re-belting a 900 is a serious job. Those Pioneers are put together to stay together. Not easy to work on.
