Snap-on toolbox boombox at the fleas

I saw one of those snap-on toolboxes at our local flea. Anyone know anything about them? For 10$ I passed it up, mainly because the speakers had cloth covers and the cats would have had too much fun digging into them.

I'm sure the Snap On collectors would've loved to have this. Some of the Snap-On promotional items can fetch big bucks. I know the Snap On clocks are collectible, so I'm sure somebody would want this.
