thought i was getting my second Sharp VZ2000 tonight, bloody eBay timed out and i lost it, went for £86.......well what can i say????? i nearly threw the laptop across the room

It can suck so hard when you get outbid by only a few bucks Made the experience, too
But I am sure you will eventuall get what you want. It is all about patience, I learned that

You can look at it a couple of ways...

1) That particular VZ-2000 was not meant to be yours.

OR

2) Convince yourself that the winning bidder placed a bid of £10,000 and you never would have gotten it anyway.


The feeling still sucks though. There will be another and probably at a better price.

MadBadger, i feel your pain man, ebay's being doing that to me alot recently. Ive read that its something to do with if your running IE8 and ebays most recent update!!
I got so pi$$ed with it that i downloaded Firefox web browser just for when i use ebay, that seems to work (for me anyhow).

i had the item open and watched it from 20mins........counting down and i kept refreshing the screen now and then, i but a high bid in, clicked bid now and the bloody screen went back to the login screen......with only 10 seconds to go, i couldn't log on fast enough....

i use a mac with firefox, i think its because i was on my laptop instead of my big mac......wireless may have dropped off for a few seconds.....

yea im sure there will be, thing is when i start something, i cant stop myself.......drives the wife mad. I must have a mint VZ 2000 or i wont sleep....LOL......the one i missed had a nice case, the one Ive got works fine but the case has a few dings and scratches. I suppose im a perfectionist !!!!!!!
