Shipping from Canada?

I Just purchased a box that is coming from Canada via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Was curious on the wait time to Florida, and the method it is shipped in the US. I was thinking USPS. Also, is there usually a tracking number? Thanks.

It might take a few weeks. Tracking number usually exists, but is worthless. I've bought 2 boxes from Canada, and both times tracking number showed the box was still in Canada - even after I actually got it. One box took almost 6 weeks to arrive, and the second one 3-4 weeks. Unless something's changed since I bought it......

it depends if it gets stopped at the border.
sometimes when i ship some stuff to the states it goes in a couple of days sometimes in several weeks. even if it is going to the same address. i have never shipped a boombox but when i used to ship band merch thats how it worked.

I've had boxes come in one week and up to 4 or 5 weeks, crazy but I think others are right that it depends on what customs does.

Man, I'm hoping for the one week scenario but I haven't had too much luck lately with other shipped items.

Boxes from Canada Post come via USPS, all others FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. will come by original carrier. And yes, slow as the sap from a maple tree.

yea it will take a few weeks i have recieved boxes from canada all in good shape if they pack good you should have no problem

I think this is very typical, anything you get any quicker is the exception.

I here ya but I can't help it..

I know its not really a big issue because I've heard Canadian tracking numbers are pretty much useless but the seller never responds to my requests for a tracking number......Am I being a difficult buyer

He's probably just a seller that doesn't care or doesn't pay attention, be patient I'm sure it will be fine.

asking -- because with most of those canadian boxes --
you will be happier if it arrives -- like NEVER !!!
