Got this a few months ago but it's all finished now. It's main problem apart from needing a good clean and rusty speaker grills was only one channel working. The channel problem turned out to be corrosion inside the external speaker sockets, I couldn't sort this so just bypassed them now both channels work great. So repainted the speaker grills did the belts, these must be the longest belts I've seen in a box, and the usual gooey capstan rubber and gave it good clean inside and out.
It came with user manual and a well worn brochure but still nice to have.
Turned out very nice, and it's a geat sounding box much better than my 9797.
Heres's some pictures.

That's hard to believe it was made in "79" with a digital tuner :hmmm:

Thanks for the comments.
As for the year of manufacture, as you all know Sharp kindly put a date code at the start of their serial numbers, this one starts with a 9 so 1979 followed by 2 ones = November 79.

I think the 9595 is one of my fav boxes. It has a very pleasant sound, but it isn't a bassbin - not that it needs to be either. It is also visually appealing to me.

Very nice condition that boomer is

Cheers
