Sharp GF 9494 restauration

Last monday (8 days ago) has the gf 9494 arrived me.
The condition was ok, but i needed this rubber for that tape deck, a battery cover and all the other typical repairs...

Cleaning...

What will you use to polish shine the crome? I will be getting one in about 1 week and plan to pull and leave off the grills. I may red out the speakers as well. Not sure of color just yet. because I dig the white as well

I have cleand the chrome rings with kitchen items like dishes cleaner and a dry rot. Polished wiith a soft t- shirt. Dish towels haves a to hard material...
You ned a pliers and a screwdriver to remove the grills. Caution: When you turn the metall to often, (2 oder 3 times), breaks it off.<

That GF 9494 is a great box and goes loud. Congratulation !!!

I haven't a thread about the line in mod, but i can try to explain how to mod it.
It's easy. ( The line in-mod is easy )

(A GF 9000 is difficult)
