Good for what ????

Its a great looking box (mine is in bits right now), and the 2 has the line in (??).

Sounds good, looks good, not the most power, not the most rare, but a great box never the less.

I like mine, its a classic looking box that sounds decent and is very easy to carry. :thumbsup:

By the way, the "II" designation is pretty much meaningless, there really isn't much difference between the 8989 and the 8989II.

I have a regular 8989, and it has the exact same buttons & switches as his has.

i think it is made very well its heavy and it has every input & output you would need
only thing is i wish it had more bass but i guess it was made before all that type of music came out it made for listening to rock & roll

i moslty listen to classic rock anyways but i do like old rap & 70's 80's & early 90's music im not much into 2000's music
