Sharp GF-777 (Tape's doors)

Sometimes it happens that with the spend of time the tape's doors doesn't open well and you have to push them with your fingers to open them.
Problem that is found without a cassette inside.
When the owner tries to open the flap, with the cassette inside, the door opens correctly.
When he tries to open it without a cassette inside, the flap doesn't open.
Is it a problem that can be easily to solve?

The lower hinge pin usually breaks off of these boxes. The spring will push the door upward and sticks on the edge of the box. Open the door and see if the hinge pin is broken.

The GF-777 is not mine.
This problem you spoke to me is easily solvable?
