What's up guys... It's jimmy😄but I guess you all know that.. I have had a little time to finish my 767 project that I've wanted to do for a while but didn't have the time.
I got this box about two or three years ago from my house clean out in Brooklyn . When I went to pick it up the left channel was completely out so at that time dismantle the whole box got the back washed the front wash spray deoxy it and everything but never really got into refurbishing the radio correctly. Overtime I was able to find some parts from a 777 so I added the tweeters and added them ....Today I decided was the day took the radio apart first thing I did was color the speakers they were kind of faded and didn't want to get into a whole big thing with them so I used a magic marker to redo them... I have to say that they turned out nice The line in Sonos which was kind of frozen or used a lot of the ox it to get the switch moving and functional... And I also decided to finally take the volume pot balance bass and treble all apart cleaned the scrubs and reassemble... If you guys want to see how I take them apart a while ago I had posted in the 777 Tech section of the forum..
so I have to say that this radio that almost ended up in the garbage is now at 100% functioning 767 and I absolutely love it here are a couple of pictures
