I hope it tastes as good as it looks. Normally, we go to Dads home. After my Dad's passing late last year, this is our first thanksgiving in a long time, in our home, just us.

you can feed all the bay area homeless and boxless folks :angelic: :angelic:

Ira bay area folks are cool and laid back plus they do have some cool boxes unlike you eastcoast guys that think they got the shiat! :-D

By the way Happy Freakin' Thanksgiving to you beach bum.  Love Ya!

Sorry about your dad Superduper. He's probably chillin' with the big guy having a great time.

Well, turns out the turkey was quite tasty. Unfortunately, when I told my daughter 5 more minutes, she didn't think I REALLY meant only 5 more minutes because when I went to safeway to buy some salad, and when I returned, it was still there in the oven. So the breast was a little dry but that's OK. I forgot how much meat is in one of them turkeys. I think we are going to have to have turkey for 2 weeks straight. How many different ways are there anyway to use up the turkey?

Let's see ---

....... turkey salad
slided turkey with gravy
turkey pot pie
turkey sandwich
turkey over rice
turkey pasta...............

I'm starting to get sick just thinking about it.
