Selcor Uruguay ,cloned of???

SELCOR was armed brand in Uruguay in the late 70's and early 80's,
Radio cassettes and hifi equipment (Garrard) I think they were imported and assembled kit in Uruguay, Found some photos of 2 radio / tape.
Someone might find similarities with top brands, here the photos,

the second one can be found as sound 4008 and one time it was even labeled as a conion, but on this im not sure anymore

The top one reminds me of some of the National Panasonic monos. As far as the bottom one goes, it's a re-badge of the a Conion CRC-H58F.
