When the top lights of your C100 stay lit and never flicker while playing...does that mean your deaf, enjoying life...or both?

Your opinion welcome

That was my problem I always had to turn the box down because I loved seeing the vu meters going.
But we all know when their lit up all the way that means loud.

That's so true. About the time you start jamming the lights are steady and the light show is over.

Maybe I'm just so used to the volume of modern technology. I have tube radios as well as solid state. When you start to compare the old equipment volume limitations there is one thing for sure. The expected listening volume level of operation has increased drastically over the years.

Sure, they always had the technology in the day to go loud but you can tell that sheer volume power is more expected these days. However, longer lasting items are a thing of the past.
