I just kept grabbing these small things, hoping to use them for parts in future......

Yep, they're broken.....i simply bought it coz it was there, and cheap, could use for parts, unless you're happy to part with keys???

there is a lot of members who have been lucky enough to get those ge super radios.
i have four of them now. i think there was a similar model ge put out that did have a cassette deck making it a true boombox.
all kinds of mods and advice exist online for the super radios. they are really well loved and one of those items that truly has a cult following.
