I know this aint gonna appeal to many people but here is my latest
Its an MW235F - It sounds surprisingly good - is quite loooooong - and has a line in

How does it sound? I've never understood why some designers wanted tweeters closer to the center of a boombox.

It actually sounds very good. Especially with the 5 band AND the extra bass control. When the bass is on full you can't get it to 10 without a muffled sound.

I had "Pump up the Jam" cranking on it this arvo and it was thumping.
