I agree. I like the boomboxes with the vertical CD players. Very nice.

Agreed the vertical CD players are a impressive look. This Sanyo the logo in center and the chrome small ring part way around very much like the first Sony CD portables starting with the D-5/D-50. A real proud looking classic box from the Golden 80's. Must be a rarity having a CD player that early on in a Boomer

This is one of my favourites till now.- shapes and fusion of colors are very unique. But what impressed me a lot, right after I played this is SOUND QUALITY.
This one is not one of the biggest, but sound is very clear on high notes, and the bass is really nice, warm and deep.
