Hi everyone, great site. Just found it searching for info on the Sanyo m1950f I just found today and saw one in someone's collection. I paid $5 for it, and it's in absolute mint condition! It seems really well built and looks "cute" according to my girlfriend. Does anyone know anything about it, or have experience with one? Thanks!

(will post pics later...)

Been finding lots of other nice boxes lately, too... Look forward to digging through the site.

It's a mini boombox. Someone has a picture of one in their collection on this site. I couldn't resist...it is straight mint! Actually, the last few times I've been to that thrift store I've found something similar in similarly excellent condition: a Sony FH-7 portable compact shelf system, a Samsung portable cassette player with shortwave bands (can't remember the model number), two NOS Samsung HP-906 walkman headphones from the early '80s, and two 10-piece boxes of sealed TDK AD90 blanks! This is the same shop I got a near-mint Nakamichi MR-1 for $3...

Hi Strãnj, thanks! It was a done deal the second I saw them--$15 for the Sony and $8 for the blanks! Oh yeah, the blanks are 1982 vintage. I love that shop...
