Fellow enthusiasts, I just found another one 10 minutes ago.
I love hunting season in Baltimore.
This is the phenomenon that when you find one, you will find three, and than a short dry spell.

I had this Panasonic and really liked her! The LED meter above the deck made her look a lot bigger and badder than she is, but the sound was nice and clean and the deck was fully working too.

She was one of the only boxes I've moved-on. A family friend needed a radio as he was persisting with some modern claptrap that didn't even pick up half the available stations. So I cleaned up the Panasonic, found a power cable for her and passed her on to be loved at another home.

She's still delivering and he always thanks me whenever he pops over. Which makes me very pleased to see my radios making someone besides myself very happy.
