Repairing my sharp gf 666,suggestion?!

Hi everybody!Finally I have my hand on gf 666!I think it's fantastic,a great line!Too much old japanese old school!
Unfortunatly I had some problems with the shipment,infact the plastic glass of the radio waves has been broken...
anyway I'm looking information to fix these problems:
1 is it possible to replace the radio plastic glass?
2 another missing thing is the metal line bar, under the buttons, with words written on it (play,record and something else).Maybe this is easy to fix,it's just a metal line!But about the words?
3 some chrome parts are worn!Is there a chrome paint useful for this case or will it ruin all?

1 is it possible to replace the radio plastic glass?

Most of the time, you can just replace with standard, clear acrylic plastic that is cut to the same dimensions. Member JVC Floyd might be able to help with that also.

A few members here have the GF-666 and can supply you with a picture of the missing words. Maybe you could print the words on a silver piece of paper for temporary purposes.

Most of the chrome pieces have vacuum metallized aluminum, which is how plastic pieces are chromed. There is no paint anywhere that can faithfully replicate that. Some paints come close though. If you do paint them, you will need to sand the chrome off all the other keys. That way, they will all look the same.

Thank you for your fast answer,dog!I'll try to do something with the paint and with the metal line!It's seems a bit hard to replace the plastic glass and I prefer to do it later!thank you again!I'll tell you if there will be some news about this!
