I want to remove the speakers, grille and components from the face of my Sanyo m-x650 for cleaning of the case. Everything looks straightforward except two small things(microphones?)to the side of the woofers on each side as well as a wire soldered to the grille on one side. My question is how to remove these items safely? Cut the wire leading to them then resolder it?
should I use a solder sucker to take the wire off the grille? Is there a way to do it without a solder sucker? Please advise. I will include a picture of it.048248B2-136B-45F0-BFDA-9077AA10899F.jpeg

The wire on grill can easily be taken off with Soldering iron. The mics are glued in. They little round rubber cases, pick the glue off and they can be pulled out with some twisting still intact.
