Quick Question

When i bought a tape head cleaner (new old stock) there was a small bottle of liquid to add drops to the tape, but its empty. What is the liquid?

It used to smell like alcohol to me. They do sell a liquid on eBay for tape heads. They claim it's the best on the market. I'm going to look into it.
