well that's what i thought - so i did a quick search and couldn't see any thing with that on

he says it's long and silver ?

so my guess is a tandem 8334 (one of my first boxes bought for x-mas bitd )

?

was hoping for a d8623 :angelic:

hi yer mate ;-) hows the markets going :-)

it would be very nice if it was that one - he does say it's long and big ! - but knowing him he's bigging it up so he doesn't have to pay me so much money for the resto on the bmx and more in cheaper boxes  don't mind if there good one's

Let me know if it is interesting for your collection.
If so, let me know ;-)

the bmx is 96'- 99' ish

it has mid to late 2000 brakes ( centre point are old school ie in the middle of the top of the forks )
plastic chain guard (metal spider if at all )
orange reflectors (clear if on at all )
longer levers - short levers in alloy and a candy color or black/ chrome )
padded seat (seat would have been a hard plastic - no padding )
bigger stunt pegs (old peg are thinner)
clear grips ( coloured not clear as only 90's onwards where clear )
none old bmx style tires (old grip is called Comp III tread pattern)
bottom tube is thicker than top tube ( 80's nearly had the same or are the same )
stem where bars are is 90's design ( top loading was manly 80's but not always - under and front loading was also around )

In all it's not a bad bike - it's not 80's and most likely a big department store or standard bike shop bmx

i will pass on it - but many thanks mate :super:

here is my mk1 PRO Burner - bought at a carboot for £10 then restored and worth now £1000 - only one of 44 known to survive in the world

some times it's like boxes

quality counts - does it look well made ? or cheaply mass produce !

it's not easy to work out

but if you do get any thing you don't know about - i'm not far away

it looks good to ride  - but i guess i'm after the grail type :grim:

cheers V

top one may be a bit small for me as it looks a 16" or pit bike - full bmx is 20" (that refers to the wheel size / on the side of the tire )
next one looks cool - just needs a box on the back of it to cruz around with
bottom one show what i was saying about hot to spot a standard shop one - kick stand - seat - folded stem not a full metal one - pedals are kids style not bmx - but it is earlier in date as it has a looptail to it (where the back wheel attaches to the frame ) i would say around 83'- 84' ish

cheers for showing me them mate - getting closer - will offer you first with the roller

cheers B

side note and back to org thread - as it has Double Sound Machine on the box i can only hope that it is the one he is on about and it is in good condition as well :breakdance:
