Possible Scam Lasonic TRC-975 On .au eBay

I just had it 'suggested' to me by eBay's automatic email out and thought I'd check out the listing as these never show up over here. He says in the listing that it's missing the handle, yet the pictures he uses have a handle.

Also, one of the pictures is mine (you can see the scratching on my Deck B window), wouldn't be surprised if the first pic is ripped off of someone we know as well.

I'm not sure how much eBay frowns upon this, the 'report item' doesn't allow for this kind of thing, but if anyone's seriously interested in picking this up I'd be asking him for actual photos of the item he apparently has.

Just wanted to get this out there before people get excited about bidding.

Yep, saw that one last week when it was a buy now deal. Then he re-listed it as an auction with a starting price that was the same as his previous buy now price! I thought it was strange that the pics showed a handle but the listing said it was missing!?

Anyway, if I was spending $1000, I'd expect a handle!!

It is also his 1st time selling as his feedback profile shows and rarely leaves feedback for other, which alone sends up a red flag in my books.
