PM's going nowhere.

Got a few PM's just sitting in my outbox. Doing nothing. Going nowhere. Nada. Been hours now.

The way I understand it is that your outgoing PM's sit in the outbox (with the number of unread PM's shown) until the recipients read them. The reason your outbox shows messages still in it is because your recipients haven't opened them yet.

By the way, until a recipient opens your PM, it's still possible for you to delete it (in case you change your mind about something you said).

Makes perfect sense now. I thought that outbox equates to the outbox in my normal email client where outbox mail isn't actually sent yet, rather is in holding until user takes some action to send it.
