Picking it up from the stereo shop in Chi town!! They are repairing power switch....crossing my fingers....This thing is very heavy. Will post more pics after clean up....

even has all the sliders , what a catch :thumbsup:

until you see the vz 2000 and pick it up and feel the weight it's hard to conceive how truly huge these boxes are .

Man this box is awesome :-) Jeannie says its now her favorite boombox!!! The sound has more bass than I thought it would. I love it !!!!

bill what kind of slider covers does it have ? are they the original :dunce: they look different but nice ..

I think original slide covers. The guy had 2 VZ2000. One he used for parts and this one. The other is for sale as well.

They are wrong ones, but they work great and actually look pretty good :-). I sent Bredgeo a message plus I'm still searching for an original antenna!!! I'm just stoked its fully working though....

That is SO sweet looking. Congratulations Bill. I wish that model had dual antennas (simply for Symetry). Otherwise, it's perfect. :yes:
