Is this the one which was recently on ebay missing the carry handle? if so then even for £25 it's a steal it sounds awesome :thumbsup:

Well if you go down to Tesco how far does £25 get yer?...bleedin no where that's where! This is a much more fun way to spend £25 and its way better than half a bag of shopping lol :-)

That philips boxes are great, i have this one and the philips 8634... i like the sound from the bass...
Some condor boxes looks also like this philips.

In the AsDa, that would buy you 100 tins of the cheap bitter or lager at £1 per four pack. OK, so it's only 2% ABV and it tastes like something straight from the sewers but 100 tins, that's roughly 75 pints of beer. Just saying is all.. :w00t:

I heard one of these Philips once and found its sound quite pleasant so at £25 It would have tempted me too. Hmm, beer, or a boombox? Tough call though. ;-)

Very nice looking machine, I'm with Si here, thats a great way to spend £25. That or a nice bottle of Bourbon :)

Cheers for all comment's, just been lucky enough to get my hands on a Philips D8734, not only into Philips but my dad bought me one back in my b boys days, picking it up tomorrow, looks like its going to be a b box pumping day all day...
