Philips D8614 what part?

Hi anyone!

I just got this Philips D8614 for free as it turns out it missing a part. The radio, speakers works fine. The mechanical motor seems to work as when I turn it on I can hear it run constantly. I removed the back plate and this orange part was broken in several pieces.(See pictures)

Am a newbie to this so I just wonder what part it is and what I should look for when it comes to replacement? And is it diffecult to replace it?

Hello and to forum.
Congrats for this classic Philips. This broken part is gear from cassette deck.
You must buy replacement part [ebay]293047257364[/ebay] and repair the mechanism.
Post many photos of repair process.
