You're right. I always thought that round outline was a woofer on the radio, but there is a door for a cd player. Thank you for the explanation...

I agree. I have several Philips hifi devices.
CD 303. Well active mfb F9638 speakers. These things are incredibly good for my ears. That's why I love philips.
