Just like the AZ1316, the AZ1816 is easily disassembled.

Interesting. Are those 1W 8 Ohm speakers? Many of the worlds boomboxes have been catalogued in Jens database. The one thing it lacks are detailed pictures of the interior assemblies. Many people will just not take the time to explore and share with others.Thanks for doing this! Posts like these contribute new and unseen information to the collectors of the world. Good job !

Yes, the speakers are of the 1W 8 Ohm type.
