Its either an aiwa or a JVC.
Aiwas normally have a much cleaner and less cluttered rear case . not too many boxes aside from JVC and aiwa use that type of handle.

Right you are about Aiwas, JVC Floyd. (Uh...right? ) And Aiwa models never were made with ten-"D"-cell battery layouts...uh, right again?
