Thanks for the welcome, yeah there seems to be a few people out here collecting, i grew up travelling between here and New York (Late 80's till now) i remember seeing a lot of boom boxes in the windows of the electronics stores in NYC as a kid dreaming that i could own them, only now im an old man(41) can collect those childhood dreams, this seems to be a great forum and loving everyones collections great boxes out there.

Welcome to Boomboxery... I think you will find many of us are in our 40's growing up with these beautiful boxes and always hoping for the biggest, baddest, most gorgeous box to carry around. Well now most of us have that and then some. I personally own over fifty!!!!
