pc5 vs pc55 ?

two from JVC with about the same size & weight --and the same power -

anyone here ever have both running --side-by-side -- for a sound comparo ??

or -are they both equally good -
and it makes no difference, at all ???? : -)

only thing i will say is the pc5 has that anoying plastic thing on the back covering the wires and batt compartment so from that point of veiw the 55 is much easier to get ready for portability. Btw i have said this before the 55 sounds better than the 550 due to slightly better speakers.

Actually it has been said the pc5 has slightly better bass than the 55 but i would go with the 55 as the pc5 dosent have any tweeters.

I agree with Tim here--not a sentence I get to write often-- the PC-5 has great bass, but the PC-55 imho has better highs and thus I prefer it, although, having both is nice
