I got a couple of nice midsizers recently.
The Panasonic RX-5085 is a recent Ebay find that needed cassette deck work and is now working perfectly.
sorry for the haziness around the edge of the photo,it is from my camera being in the AC then going outside in the humidity. :annoyed:

It's a real beauty and sounds awesome! :stereo:
Thanks Tacooooo!

Yes,I would say the crown is more powerful than the Panasonic, but the Panasonic sounds just as nice at normal volumes.......

Great pick ups skip!
I love the sound of the 5085. Like you said a great mid volume sounding box. I would be so bold as to say that, its in the top teir when it comes to detail, seperation or whatever you want to call it. The sound is just SWEET when its cradled in front of you, at arms length, at mid level!!!

The Tacoooo Black Edition 950 looks the Buzinazz!
Glad to hear you got them both straightened out. I have yet to hear a crown, but based on the looks it seems ike she's got it where it counts!
I was contemplating picking this one up, it's so damn cool! :w00t:

 :breakdance:
