Packing a Sharp VZ Boombox

Hiya, Im sending a Sharp vz 2500 in MINT condition to Ukraine, I was wondering if anybody had advice on how to pack? I saw the sticky on the JVC to Mexico, and was wondering if anyone has ever sent these boomboxes with the turntables?

im in california and i sent one to canada frickin fedex destroyed it!!! be very careful use lots of bubble wrap and double box it. these boxes are about 35-40 pounds on their own
