Just did a search through the forums so I don't believe this is a repeat topic but being a writer I found this of interest. Apparently, among other words being removed from the Oxford English Dictionary is the phrase "cassette tape." :hmmm: Maybe it's just me, but I think they should have checked here first.

How stupid is that! :thumbsdown: The phrase "cassette tape" is still used in current language. People still buy T-shirts with cassette tapes on them. Heck, cassette tapes are still being manufactured! I think the idea of erasing words from existence simply because a select few are tired of them is mind-boggling.
